TRAINING & SUPPORT

MADARATI Management will provide franchisees with approximately 15 to 30 days of initial training at MADARATI headquarters or at a location designated by the MADARATI Management, beginning approximately 4 to 8 weeks before the franchisee is scheduled to open for business.

Phase I

This stage is a special guide to the work procedures:
the internal work system as well as the definition of the company and products to us and the target market and the fashion industry in general.

Phase II

Instruction will pertain to administrative, operational, and sales/marketing matters; it will also include a liberal amount of on-the-job training.  This training will be provided for the franchisee and three (5) to (10) designated attendees.

Phase III

On-site training typically takes place when the franchisee commences operations.  Experienced trainers from MADARATI will provide on-site training for a period of 7 to 10 days to assist the franchisee in the commencement of operations.
